Eric Schneider is a third generation entrepreneur working at Huron Paper Stock, a family business operating since 1955. He’s collected a wild variety of life experiences and despite knowing each other for a short time, I consider him to be a wise mentor. Eric has been deep into personal growth from his high school days in peer counseling, to the Landmark Forum, creating a men’s circle in Hawaii and facilitating for years, working with the Mankind Project, and translating much of this work to his personal and professional life. When Covid hit, Eric’s life took a turn and he drastically shifted his business and his family began a nomadic lifestyle, and he’s currently in New Mexico. In this conversation, we get into the weeds about Eric’s various adventures while keeping things real and playful
